• Customer-requested cancellations made at least 6 days prior to travel will receive a refund of 95% of the total booking amount. The remaining 5% will be retained as a non-refundable administration and booking fee. Cancellations made within 5 days of travel will incur a 100% cancellation fee, including no-shows.
• Should supplier be required to cancel or the operation of the tour for any reason, including on the rare occasions due to inclement weather, an alternative date or itinerary will be offered to the passenger. If the alternative date or itinerary cannot be arranged or agreed upon, a full refund will be authorised. If the passenger accepts the alternative date or itinerary, no refunds will be issued.

Four tasting experiences are included: three structured winery tastings and a private fortified-wine and chocolate pairing. It’s a generous introduction to Barossa styles, while the exact itinerary may vary on the day.

Lunch is a relaxed regional platter featuring local produce, served with a glass of wine or soft drink. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options are available. After booking, please contact us with any dietary requirements.

Pickup and drop-off are available from selected locations around Adelaide CBD and Glenelg. Once your booking is confirmed, use the contact details on your voucher to arrange the transfer. Return to Adelaide CBD is around 5:30 pm.

This is a small-group tour for up to 20 guests. You’ll travel in an air-conditioned 20-seat coach with panoramic windows, so the scenic drive through the Adelaide Hills and Barossa Valley is part of the experience.

Absolutely. The day is relaxed and guided, with the winery hosts talking you through each tasting and the local guide sharing the stories behind the region. You don’t need any previous wine knowledge to enjoy it.

The tour is designed for guests who can board the coach and move between stops independently. Children under five and wheelchair users can’t join, and baby strollers or electric wheelchairs can’t be brought on the tour.
