Cancellation Policy

  • Customer-requested cancellations made at least 6 days prior to travel will receive a refund of 95% of the total booking amount. The remaining 5% will be retained as a non-refundable administration and booking fee. Cancellations made within 5 days of travel will incur a 100% cancellation fee, including no-shows.
  • Should supplier be required to cancel or the operation of the tour for any reason, including on the rare occasions due to inclement weather, an alternative date or itinerary will be offered to the passenger. If the alternative date or itinerary cannot be arranged or agreed upon, a full refund will be authorised. If the passenger accepts the alternative date or itinerary, no refunds will be issued.

Where and when does the tour start?

Pickup is available from selected Adelaide CBD points between 8:50 am and 9:00 am. Your confirmed meeting point will be provided before the tour, so you’ll know exactly where to join the group.

Will I have free time in Hahndorf, and is lunch included?

Yes. You’ll have an extended free-time stop to browse Hahndorf’s shops, enjoy the village atmosphere and choose your own lunch from the local cafés and eateries. Lunch is at your own expense.

Are the wine tastings included, and how many wineries will I visit?

Yes. Guided tastings at two McLaren Vale cellar doors are included, giving you a relaxed introduction to the region’s wines. A cheeseboard may also be available to purchase at one stop.

Can I finish the tour in Glenelg instead of returning to Adelaide?

Yes. You can leave the tour in Glenelg for a beach walk, dinner or sunset, then make your own way back to Adelaide by tram. If you prefer, stay with the group for the included return to the city.

How big is the tour group?

The tour travels in a 20-seat minibus, with a maximum of 20 guests. It keeps the day friendly and social while making it easy to enjoy each stop.

Can children join this tour?

Yes, child tickets are available and families are welcome to join. Children must remain with an adult aged 18 or over throughout the tour.
