• Customer-requested cancellations made at least 6 days prior to travel will receive a refund of 95% of the total booking amount. The remaining 5% will be retained as a non-refundable administration and booking fee. Cancellations made within 5 days of travel will incur a 100% cancellation fee, including no-shows.
• Should supplier be required to cancel or the operation of the tour for any reason, including on the rare occasions due to inclement weather, an alternative date or itinerary will be offered to the passenger. If the alternative date or itinerary cannot be arranged or agreed upon, a full refund will be authorised. If the passenger accepts the alternative date or itinerary, no refunds will be issued.

Yes. One beverage of your choice is included, and you can purchase additional drinks from the licensed onboard bar. The bar offers local beer and wine, plus spirits, cocktails and soft drinks.

You’re welcome to bring snacks or a small platter, as meals aren’t included and food isn’t sold on board. Outside drinks aren’t allowed, but you can purchase additional beverages from the licensed bar.

Dolphins occasionally swim by and can be a wonderful bonus, but sightings aren’t guaranteed on this relaxed sightseeing cruise. If seeing dolphins is your priority, a dedicated dolphin-watching experience is the better choice.

Yes. Guests of all ages can join, and the short cruise, coastal views and relaxed atmosphere make it an easy family outing. Infants must still be included in the booking because every passenger counts toward the boat’s capacity.

Dress for the weather and bring a warm jacket or jumper, as it can cool down quickly after sunset. The cruise is mainly outdoors with limited shade, so sunscreen and sun protection are also useful earlier in the evening.

The wide catamaran is designed for a stable, smoother ride, although the cruise still travels in open water and conditions can vary. If you’re prone to motion sickness, consider taking your usual preventative before departure and follow the product directions or your pharmacist’s advice.

Yes. The boat has male and female toilets, plus a limited number of raised seats. Arriving early gives you the best chance to choose your preferred spot.
