With your admission included, you’ll have approximately six hours to explore the Zoo at your own pace. Don’t miss the Wildlife Warriors show at 1:00 PM, featuring thrilling saltwater crocodile demonstrations.

0ur Guide Steve was the best tour guide I have ever had. He was very knowledgeable and very chatty and funny. We stopped at the animal hospital first and it was a wonderful experience seeing the work they do. Then Steve shared what he thought was the best route to take around the zoo to enable us to see everything - he started us feeding the Kangaroos before the zoo got busy which we did and had three Kangaroos to ourselves. He also gave us advice where to sit for the main show which was good and made the experience better. All in all an awesome day out and one of the best we had in Australia.

honestly such an amazing day, the bus turned up on time and the driver/guide steve was extremely nice and full of knowledge on the drive down to the zoo. we were given an official zoo map and then steve produced on that he had made with a route to walk so you would have enough time to see everything and it definitely works and was a massive help on the day so that we had time to see everything and more importantly got back into for the crocodile show with robert irwin.

  • Customer-requested cancellations made at least 6 days prior to travel will receive a refund of 95% of the total booking amount. The remaining 5% will be retained as a non-refundable administration and booking fee. Cancellations made within 5 days of travel will incur a 100% cancellation fee, including no-shows.
  • Should supplier be required to cancel or the operation of the tour for any reason, including on the rare occasions due to inclement weather, an alternative date or itinerary will be offered to the passenger. If the alternative date or itinerary cannot be arranged or agreed upon, a full refund will be authorised. If the passenger accepts the alternative date or itinerary, no refunds will be issued.

Steve was a great driver/guide! Excellent commentary on the drive to the Zoo with great tips for how best to navigate the zoo. His tips made for a great day and I got to feed kangaroos before the crowd arrived. I highly recommend this company for a day trip to the Zoo!
