• Customer-requested cancellations made at least 6 days prior to travel will receive a refund of 95% of the total booking amount. The remaining 5% will be retained as a non-refundable administration and booking fee. Cancellations made within 5 days of travel will incur a 100% cancellation fee, including no-shows.
• Should supplier be required to cancel or the operation of the tour for any reason, including on the rare occasions due to inclement weather, an alternative date or itinerary will be offered to the passenger. If the alternative date or itinerary cannot be arranged or agreed upon, a full refund will be authorised. If the passenger accepts the alternative date or itinerary, no refunds will be issued.

Pickup and drop-off are included from selected hotels in Adelaide CBD and Glenelg. Glenelg pickups begin around 8:30 am and city pickups around 9:00–9:15 am; your exact time is sent one day before the tour. Return is approximately 5:15–5:30 pm.

The tour includes tastings at four selected Barossa wineries. The winery lineup can change with opening hours and availability, so the final stops may vary on the day.

You’re welcome to share your preferences with the guide, and the day may be shaped around the group’s interests. The final wineries and wines depend on availability and each venue’s tasting list, so a particular producer or red-and-white mix can’t be guaranteed.

Yes. A relaxed Barossa lunch is included during the day. Additional drinks outside the included wine tastings and complimentary bottled water, bottles of wine and other personal purchases are at your own expense.

Yes. Children can join and enjoy the scenery, lunch and sightseeing stops, while wine tastings are reserved for guests aged 18 and over.

The itinerary includes around 20–30 minutes at the Farm Shop, giving you time to browse the regional produce and pick up a favourite treat. Shop purchases are extra.
