• A 95% refund will be offered for customer-requested cancellations made up to 6 days prior to travel, with a 5% non-refundable administration and booking fee retained. Cancellations made within 5 days of travel will incur a 100% cancellation fee, including no-shows. 
• Should supplier be required to cancel or the operation of the tour for any reason, including on the rare occasions due to inclement weather, an alternative date or itinerary will be offered to the passenger. If the alternative date or itinerary cannot be arranged or agreed upon, a full refund will be authorised. If the passenger accepts the alternative date or itinerary, no refunds will be issued.

Your ticket includes guided small-group transport, all three Scenic World rides, a rainforest boardwalk, Blue Mountains lookouts including the Three Sisters, a one-course lunch, admission to either Featherdale Wildlife Park or Sydney Zoo, and the ferry to Circular Quay. Personal purchases, snacks and extra drinks are not included.

Choose from three fixed Sydney CBD meeting points: PARKROYAL Darling Harbour, the rear entrance of Hilton Sydney on Pitt Street, or the rear entrance of Four Seasons Sydney on Harrington Street. Your booking confirmation will show your selected meeting point and check-in time. The tour finishes at Circular Quay at approximately 5:00 pm after the ferry ride.

Most lookout walks are short and taken at a comfortable pace, but some stops include stairs and uneven ground. This tour is not wheelchair accessible, and the vehicle cannot accommodate mobility scooters, electric wheelchairs or prams.

Yes. Families usually love the Scenic World rides and the chance to see koalas, kangaroos and other Australian wildlife. Please keep in mind that it is a full-day experience and there is no storage for prams or buggies on the vehicle.

The tour visits either Featherdale Wildlife Park or Sydney Zoo, with both offering close-up Australian wildlife experiences. If you have a preference, please contact us after booking more than 24 hours before travel; the final park may still depend on operational arrangements.

The tour operates in rain, and the guide may adjust the order of the itinerary to make the most of the conditions. Bring layers and a light rain jacket, as mountain weather can change quickly. Views and attraction access remain subject to weather and safe operating conditions.
