The trained and certified jump crew manages the setup under site-specific safety procedures. Feeling nervous at the top is completely normal—the freefall and sense of achievement afterwards are what make a first jump so memorable.

Yes, tandem jumps are available if you’d rather share the moment with a friend. Each person must weigh at least 30 kg, the combined weight must not exceed 235 kg, and the difference between the two jumpers cannot be more than 35 kg. Anyone weighing under 45 kg must jump tandem rather than solo.

The minimum age is 10 years. Anyone under 18 can still take part, but a parent or guardian must sign their activity waiver.

You’ll be secured with a traditional ankle tie and a waist harness, together with a backup attachment. Every jumper is also weighed and matched with the appropriate bungy cord before the jump. The equipment, cords and jump systems are inspected and managed under established site safety procedures.

Absolutely. Friends and family are welcome to watch from the purpose-built viewing platforms and decks. There’s also a licensed café and bar where they can relax and enjoy the rainforest atmosphere while you take the leap.
