• Should supplier be required to cancel or the operation of the tour for any reason, including on the rare occasions due to inclement weather, an alternative date or itinerary will be offered to the passenger. If the alternative date or itinerary cannot be arranged or agreed upon, a full refund will be authorised. If the passenger accepts the alternative date or itinerary, no refunds will be issued.

The displayed price is per jet ski. One jet ski can be ridden solo or shared by two guests, so book one ski for each solo rider or pair in your group. Tandem riders must remain within the 230 kg combined weight limit and meet the participation requirements shown on the page.

Yes. No previous jet ski experience is needed. Before the ride, the team explains the controls and safety rules and gives you time to become comfortable with the jet ski. The guide stays nearby on the water, helping first-time riders build confidence while still enjoying the speed and scenery.

Allow around one hour for the 30-minute option or around 90 minutes for the 60-minute option. This includes arriving 30 minutes early for check-in, the waiver, safety briefing and equipment setup before your time on the water.

Yes. Secure storage is available at the floating office at B Finger, Cairns Marina. Backpacks, phones and other loose belongings should be left there before heading onto the water.

Phones are not permitted on the jet ski, so leave yours in secure storage before the ride. Photography is available at the location for an additional cost, giving you the option to take home action shots without carrying a device on the water.

Yes. Trinity Inlet is home to crocodiles and native birdlife, and the longer option travels deeper into the mangrove-lined waterways where there is more time to look for wildlife. Sightings vary naturally, while the scenery and jet ski ride remain the main experience.

Light tropical rain does not necessarily stop the tour, and the ride can still go ahead when conditions are suitable. If wind or water conditions are unsuitable, another date or a refund will be arranged.
