• A full refund will be offered for customer-requested cancellations made up to 6 days prior to travel. Cancellations made within 5 days of travel will incur a 100% cancellation fee, including no-shows.
• Should supplier be required to cancel or the operation of the tour for any reason, including on the rare occasions due to inclement weather, an alternative date or itinerary will be offered to the passenger. If the alternative date or itinerary cannot be arranged or agreed upon, a full refund will be authorised. If the passenger accepts the alternative date or itinerary, no refunds will be issued.

Absolutely. No previous skydiving experience is needed. You’ll receive a safety briefing before take-off and be securely attached to a professional tandem instructor who handles the technical side of the jump, from leaving the aircraft through to landing. Feeling nervous is completely normal, and the crew is experienced at helping first-timers relax and enjoy the rush.

Allow around 3–4 hours and keep at least half a day free. Skydiving depends on suitable weather and air traffic, so check-in, take-off or jump times can sometimes shift. Leaving some flexibility afterwards means you can enjoy the experience without watching the clock.

Yes—return transfers are included from selected Cairns hotels and pickup points when an eligible pickup option is available for your session. Choose from the available locations during booking, and your confirmed pickup time will be provided with your booking details.

Photos and videos aren’t included, but professional media packages can be purchased before your jump or at the drop zone. Personal cameras, GoPros and camera-equipped smart glasses can’t be carried during a tandem jump, so the professional package is the safe way to capture the full experience.

Yes, but you’ll need to leave at least 24 hours between your last scuba dive and the skydive. If you’re planning both activities while visiting Cairns, the easiest option is to schedule your skydive first and your scuba diving afterwards.

Absolutely. Friends and family are welcome at the designated landing area and can make their own way there to watch. Limited seats may also be available on the transfer bus, but jumpers receive priority and passengers travelling on the bus must be at least 12 years old.

The minimum age for a tandem skydive is 16 years. Anyone under 18 must attend the drop zone with a parent or legal guardian, who must complete and sign the required consent and check-in forms while the young participant is present.
