Dare to take the ultimate challenge with Australia’s only crocodile dive experience — the Cage of Death at Crocosaurus Cove. Begin with a 30-minute safety briefing from expert guides before stepping into a clear acrylic cage, designed for one or two people. Suspended by overhead monorail, the cage is lowered directly into the water for an unforgettable close-up encounter.
Once inside, come face-to-face with a massive 5-meter saltwater crocodile, one of the world’s largest reptiles. Marvel at their size, prehistoric features, and sheer power as you lock eyes with these apex predators. Each Cage of Death dive includes 15 thrilling minutes in the enclosure while handlers feed the crocodiles to encourage more movement and interaction.
Professional photographers capture 360-degree images inside and outside the enclosure, ensuring you leave with incredible memories. Meet some of the Cove’s most famous residents, including Chopper, Axel, and William & Kate.
Your ticket also includes full-day entry to Crocosaurus Cove, so you can explore the reptile house, turtle sanctuary, and daily shows after your adrenaline-pumping dive.
There are two options:
Cage of Death (1 Person in Cage) – Price is per person. If you are booking for 2 people, you need to select 2 of this option.
Cage of Death (2 People in Cage) – Price is per cage for 2 people. If you are booking for 2 people, you only need to select 1 of this option.
Wonderful to be so close to these amazing animals is such a safe way.
It was an amazing experience what seem to take so long when another person had a go, flew past when I was in the water – the crocodile was over 5 metres long and seemed to be very placid when I first went in but once food came out all this changed So in short it went from a pleasant even peaceful lounge in the water to a 100% adrenal rush in 5 seconds I’m 68 and would recommend it to all especially the grey nomads looking for that extra something
