The remaining 5% will be retained as a non-refundable administration and booking fee. Cancellations made within 3 days of travel will incur a 100% cancellation fee, including no-shows.

Choose Northern Exposure if snorkelling is your priority. This option normally visits two coral reef snorkelling sites, with approximately 45 minutes at each location, followed by time at Hill Inlet and the northern end of Whitehaven Beach. Choose Southern Lights if you prefer more time on the beach. This option normally includes one longer snorkelling stop of around one hour, together with approximately two hours at the southern end of Whitehaven Beach and a visit to Hill Inlet. Both options include the same 60-minute scenic flight.

The two parts are arranged as one continuous experience. After the scenic flight, a transfer takes you directly from Whitsunday Airport to Coral Sea Marina for the boat tour. You will not return to your accommodation between the flight and rafting components, so bring everything you need for the full day.

Yes. Every passenger has a guaranteed window seat, with pilot commentary during the flight. Full passenger names and accurate weights are required for the flight manifest, seating and aircraft balance. The maximum individual passenger weight is 125 kilograms.

Personalised snorkelling instruction and flotation equipment are provided. Let the team know when checking in and again before entering the water so they can explain the equipment and provide the appropriate support. You should still be comfortable entering open water and following the crew’s instructions.

Prescription snorkelling masks are available to hire for $25. These can make it much easier to see the coral and marine life if you normally rely on glasses for distance vision.

The open-style semi-rigid boat is designed for a fast and energetic ride through the Whitsunday waterways. Sea spray and some movement are part of the experience, particularly when conditions are lively. Bring a towel and keep your phone, camera and other valuables inside suitable waterproof protection.

The fixed-wing flight and the open-water boat ride can both involve movement. If you are prone to travel sickness, take your usual preventative remedy before departure. The raft’s speed and open design generally produce less slow rocking while travelling, although windier conditions can make the ride more active.
