We had so much fun! Toby was very funny and took great care of us. Making sure we were all having fun and okay after every drift. The two girls at the start and end who welcomed us and took photos were so lovely.

  •  As you disembark your jet boat the video and photo of your experience will be on display. The price of the photos and videos are not included in the ticket price
  • Spray jackets are provided on colder days
  •  Sunglasses are a great idea to keep the wind and spray out of your eyes, if they are expensive and you’re worried about losing them bring a cheap pair, the boat offers sunglass straps or cheap $5 pairs for purchase
  •  Bring a towel or change of clothes if you have another experience booked after your ride
  • Lockers to store personal belongings are provided

Cancellation Policy

  • Customer-requested cancellations made at least 5 days prior to travel will receive a refund of 95% of the total booking amount. The remaining 5% will be retained as a non-refundable administration and booking fee. Cancellations made within 4 days of travel will incur a 100% cancellation fee, including no-shows.
  • Should supplier be required to cancel or the operation of the tour for any reason, including on the rare occasions due to inclement weather, an alternative date or itinerary will be offered to the passenger. If the alternative date or itinerary cannot be arranged or agreed upon, a full refund will be authorised. If the passenger accepts the alternative date or itinerary, no refunds will be issued.

What an amazing experience!!! Customer service 11 out of 10!!!! Will be recommending this to all my friends. The guys were fantastic friendly and extremely professional. Issac made sure we were safe and cared for. Toby was fun, interacted with all of us, including my 7 year old who he made “co pilot” (A-Money she was over the moon-thank you), Hamish went above and beyond to ensure my family had the best experience and received a high quality photo and video. My 7 year old re-booked with her dad for a jet boat experience again that afternoon!!! Please check these guys out, I guarantee you will have the best time.
