• Alternate vehicles may be used in the event that a Southern Cross vehicle is unavailable
• Tour duration is approximate and is based on tour time starting from and returning to Aquaduck booking office, Surfers Paradise
• All our vehicles carry umbrellas, insect repellent and first aid kits
• Your guides have all relevant permits, training and authorisation to ensure a safe, comfortable journey
• This is an all age tour. Should you require a booster seat for younger family members, we can provide them at no extra charge – just let us know in advance
• Minimum numbers apply. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund.

• A full refund will be offered for customer-requested cancellations made up to 5 days prior to travel. Cancellations made within 4 days of travel will incur a 100% cancellation fee, including no-shows. 
• Should supplier be required to cancel or the operation of the tour for any reason, including on the rare occasions due to inclement weather, an alternative date or itinerary will be offered to the passenger. If the alternative date or itinerary cannot be arranged or agreed upon, a full refund will be authorised. If the passenger accepts the alternative date or itinerary, no refunds will be issued.
