What to expect

Spend an unforgettable day snorkeling at Wave Break Island, home to over 50 species of friendly tropical fish. Located in calm, shallow waters (0–15 meters), this site is perfect for beginners and experienced snorkellers alike. After a safety briefing and basic guidance, you’ll dive into crystal-clear waters to swim with fish that often school in the hundreds. Hand-feed the fish, take underwater photos, or float on a boogie board with view holes to observe marine life. You’ll also have time to relax on a quiet stretch of beach, away from the crowds. An ideal Gold Coast snorkeling experience!

Important information

Know before you go

  • We recommend that customers make their own way to our dive shop at Main Beach so that they will have time to explore the Marina, shops, and local area after their dive or snorkel
  • Our Dive shop is a 5min Uber ride from Surfers Paradise, the local bus stops at the marina and we have a free car park for customers who are driving themselves

Cancellation Policy

  • Customer-requested cancellations made at least 5 days prior to travel will receive a refund of 95% of the total booking amount. The remaining 5% will be retained as a non-refundable administration and booking fee. Cancellations made within 4 days of travel will incur a 100% cancellation fee, including no-shows.
  • Should supplier be required to cancel or the operation of the tour for any reason, including on the rare occasions due to inclement weather, an alternative date or itinerary will be offered to the passenger. If the alternative date or itinerary cannot be arranged or agreed upon, a full refund will be authorised. If the passenger accepts the alternative date or itinerary, no refunds will be issued.
