I enjoyed a relaxing flight. The pickup driver was cheerful, and we had a pleasant chat on the way to the departure point. However, the pickup location was different from what was stated on the booking site, and we were given three bottles of sparkling wine, which left us wondering how to drink them. Overall, it was a very good experience.

A must try experience! We got on the hot air balloon before sunrise and managed to get amazing views! The staff were all very nice and helpful and they took amazing pictures which we got back in a timely manner. Our pilot Stuart was really informative and kept the atmosphere in the balloon alive.
The team contacted me a day ago to confirm pick up time and location once again just because we staied at Hilton, center of surfers paradise, it can get messy is the middle of night. To keep safe, the team asked me to stay in the lobby. The driver, Richard, arrived early to pick me up that day. He is a funny guy and very professional, he explained what will happend, some safety guidelines. when we arrived the hot air balloon site, the whole team is setting up things. The team is professional, the one drive the ballon is very experienced, giving us a steady ride.

It was once in a life time experience. I brought my parents who are above 60 years old and they had a great time. The team of Kelly, Stuart and Matt took wonderful care of us. Kelly’s hospitality and humour helped ease the journey from early start to return, Stuart’s expertise on hot air balloons knowledge made it an enriching experience, and Matt’s skilled handywork made logistics a breeze (we were particularly impressed by his self-made champagne glass holder!).
