• Customer-requested cancellations made at least 6 days prior to travel will receive a refund of 95% of the total booking amount. The remaining 5% will be retained as a non-refundable administration and booking fee. Cancellations made within 5 days of travel will incur a 100% cancellation fee, including no-shows.
• Should supplier be required to cancel or the operation of the tour for any reason, including on the rare occasions due to inclement weather, an alternative date or itinerary will be offered to the passenger. If the alternative date or itinerary cannot be arranged or agreed upon, a full refund will be authorised. If the passenger accepts the alternative date or itinerary, no refunds will be issued.

The included helicopter ride is a 10-minute scenic flight from the helipad beside the Agincourt Reef platform. It loops over the Outer Great Barrier Reef and returns you to the platform, so you still travel to and from Port Douglas on the catamaran.

Yes. The semi-submersible tour and underwater observatory let you see coral and marine life while staying dry, and the spacious platform has shaded seating and wide reef views. The scenic helicopter flight adds another memorable perspective from above.

Yes. Snorkelling equipment, instruction and lifeguard supervision are included, with easy water access from the platform. Buoyancy vests are also available, making it a welcoming option for first-time snorkellers and guests who would like extra support.

Yes. Infants and children are welcome, and the catamaran and reef platform are pram-friendly with plenty of space. Families can enjoy the semi-submersible, underwater observatory and scenic flight together, while children should remain under adult supervision around the water.

The spacious platform has shaded seating, change rooms, freshwater showers, snorkelling platforms, an underwater observatory and semi-submersible tours. You can also use the air-conditioned catamaran alongside the platform, with toilets, a licensed bar and the included buffet lunch available during the day.

Glasses cannot be worn under a snorkelling mask, but complimentary prescription masks are available in strengths from -2 to -8. Ask the safety team at the snorkelling platform to help you choose the closest fit.

The wavepiercer catamaran is designed for a comfortable Outer Reef crossing. If you are prone to motion sickness, take your preferred medication as soon as you board and before the vessel departs. Motion-sickness tablets are available to purchase onboard, with complimentary ginger tablets also available.
