Next, enjoy lunch in the laid-back beach town of Apollo Bay before heading inland for a short guided bushwalk through Melba Gully’s lush rainforest and peaceful cascades.
The journey continues to the world-famous 12 Apostles, where you’ll have time to soak in the dramatic beauty of these towering limestone stacks. Then, explore nearby Loch Ard Gorge, learning about Australia’s most storied shipwreck and discovering incredible natural formations like the Razorback and the Archway.

10/10We had the best day trip with Steve. He’s hilarious and so friendly, couldn’t ask for a better guide. The tour itself is pretty awesome and diverse, we saw the forest, ocean, kangaroo and koalas all in one day. It’s also pretty affordable comparing it to other similar tours when I was searching. Also there’s multiple pick up points which made it super convenient, 10/10!

James’s knowledge of the history of Melbourne and stories surrounding the great ocean road really enhanced the trip, and let us appreciate the stories and history that we likely would have otherwise missed.
