• A 95% refund will be offered for customer-requested cancellations made up to 6 days prior to travel, with a 5% non-refundable administration and booking fee retained. Cancellations made within 5 days of travel will incur a 100% cancellation fee, including no-shows.

Allow around 1–2 hours if you self-drive, or 3–6 hours when you book Melbourne transfers. Your selected time is your check-in time for self-drive bookings and your pickup time for transfers. Weather and air traffic can occasionally extend the day, so avoid making tight plans afterwards.

Skydiving is weather dependent, so wind, cloud or rain may delay the jump or stop it from operating. The team will keep you updated, and if conditions prevent the jump, you’ll be offered another suitable date at no extra cost. If an alternative cannot be arranged, the cancellation policy provides a refund.

Absolutely—no previous experience is needed. You’ll receive a clear safety briefing, all the required equipment and support from a qualified tandem instructor. Your instructor handles the technical side throughout, leaving you free to enjoy the freefall and coastal views.

You must be at least 16 years old, and anyone under 18 needs written consent from a parent or guardian. The maximum weight is 115 kg, subject to a final safety assessment. Weight surcharges apply: A$25 for 95–99kg, A$50 for 100–109kg, and A$100 for 110–115kg.

Photos and videos aren’t included in the standard booking, but a media package can be added at the drop zone. Personal GoPros and action cameras can’t be taken on the jump for safety reasons. Depending on the option selected, your photos and video are normally delivered by email within 24–48 hours.

Wear comfortable, flexible clothes suited to the weather, plus secure enclosed shoes such as trainers. It can feel cooler at altitude, so an extra layer is a good idea on colder days. Prescription glasses are fine—oversized goggles are provided to fit over them.

Yes. The self-contained Torquay centre lets friends and family watch you board the aircraft and land close to the viewing area. They can take photos and videos from the ground, although companion seats on the Melbourne transfer bus can’t be guaranteed.
