This half-day tour gives you a relaxed but rewarding look at Hobart and its surrounds. Your morning begins with a scenic drive up kunanyi / Mt Wellington. At 1272 metres, the summit offers fresh mountain air and sweeping views across the city, river and coastline. You’ll have time to explore the boardwalk lookouts or visit the observation shelter.
Next, wander through the historic village of Richmond. Known for its well-preserved sandstone buildings, boutique shops and the country’s oldest bridge, it’s a charming stop for food, photos and a taste of Tasmania’s past.
The tour finishes with a guided city loop around Hobart. As you travel through Salamanca Place, Parliament House, Cascade Brewery, Battery Point and more, your guide shares the stories behind the places that shape the city. On Saturdays, the tour also includes 75 minutes at the famous Salamanca Market.
Great short tour of beautiful spots in Hobart such as city centre , Mt Wellington and Richmond. Our driver Andrew was friendly and very informative, we really enjoyed our day out. Our last visit was 39 years ago for our honeymoon, won’t leave it that long next time, Tassie is just gorgeous!

Although Hobart is not new to me, I was taken to places which I didn’t know existed. The driver/guide Mark, was excellent in every way. He entertained us all the way. His knowledge and insights made for an outstanding experience.
