• Customer-requested cancellations made at least 6 days prior to travel will receive a refund of 95% of the total booking amount. The remaining 5% will be retained as a non-refundable administration and booking fee. Cancellations made within 5 days of travel will incur a 100% cancellation fee, including no-shows.

If the alternative date or itinerary cannot be arranged or agreed upon, a full refund will be authorised. If the passenger accepts the alternative date or itinerary, no refunds will be issued.

Yes. This is a one-way sightseeing journey that leaves Hobart at 7:30am and finishes in Launceston at around 6:00pm, turning your travel day into a full Freycinet adventure. Pickup and drop-off are available from selected hotels; if your Hobart accommodation isn’t listed, meet at the general meeting point.

You can choose the walking option that suits your energy. The guided Wineglass Bay Lookout walk is a moderate 1.3 km uphill route taking about 45 minutes, while keen walkers can continue to the beach on a harder 2.5-hour return walk; an easier scenic route visits Honeymoon Bay, Sleepy Bay and Cape Tourville. Good mobility is still required, and the tour isn’t suitable for wheelchair users or travellers with mobility impairments.

Lunch and drinks are not included, so you can bring a packed lunch or buy something during the day. There is an opportunity to purchase lunch on the way, and Devil’s Corner later offers wine, woodfired pizza, seafood, oysters and gelato at your own expense. Bring a large water bottle and a few snacks for the active sections.

Yes. Each traveller can bring one small suitcase plus one day pack, making the tour practical when you’re moving from Hobart to Launceston. You’ll need to load and unload your own luggage, and larger or excess bags aren’t suitable for this vehicle setup.

It can be a memorable choice for active families with children aged 8 and over, thanks to the scenery and flexible walking choices. Children under 8 can’t join, and everyone needs good mobility for the walking sections. The early start and evening arrival make it a full day, so it best suits children who are comfortable with a longer touring day.
