What to expect

Start your adventure with a 75-minute scenic cruise from the Gold Coast to Moreton Island aboard a spacious vessel. Relax with ocean views before arriving at the stunning Tangalooma Wrecks. Snorkel and kayak through crystal-clear waters alongside your guide, spotting colorful fish, turtles, and rays near the historic shipwrecks.

Enjoy a beachside lunch before heading inland to explore “The Desert,” a vast sandy area within Gheebulum Coonungai National Park. Buckle up for a thrilling 4WD ride across the dunes and feel the rush of sand tobogganing at speeds over 40 mph.

This full-day adventure combines water, wildlife, and adrenaline, all with convenient Gold Coast pickup. No experience needed—gear and guidance are provided for all activities.

Awesome experience! We snorkelled and kayaked around the shipwrecks, did a 4WD experience through the the bush and the sand, we did some very exhilarating sandboarding (it was pretty steep looking down from the top of the sand dunes) and had a nice and filling picnic lunch on the beach. When I came back from the trip my friends couldn't believe how much I had done in one day, and it doesn't feel like you're chasing the clock at all. Gordon was a great guide and I made some amazing new friends on the trip. 100% recommend, go and "get wrecked"!

First, special thanks to the Singaporean guy who was bright, humorous and kind. Sorry to forgot his name. I can see he is responsible and eager to help people with a happy smile. Everyone, especially children liked his ice-breaking joke. Thanks to all crew including the Singaporean guy, we had a great memory of Moreton Island tour (including sand sliding, snorkelling and kayaking), which is very suitable to young people. Thank you all!

The remaining 5% will be retained as a non-refundable administration and booking fee. Cancellations made within 9 days of travel will incur a 100% cancellation fee, including no-shows.
  • Should supplier be required to cancel or the operation of the tour for any reason, including on the rare occasions due to inclement weather, an alternative date or itinerary will be offered to the passenger. If the alternative date or itinerary cannot be arranged or agreed upon, a full refund will be authorised. If the passenger accepts the alternative date or itinerary, no refunds will be issued.

Awesome experience!
