What to expect

Embark on a day of thrills and discovery on Moreton Island with an exciting mix of adventure and relaxation. Begin with a scenic 75-minute cruise from Brisbane to Tangalooma, where you can enjoy a complimentary beverage either on the way there or on the return.

The highlight of your day is an ATV quad bike ride across sandy beaches and winding bushland tracks. No prior experience is required — your guide provides full training to help you master the ride on some of Australia’s best dedicated ATV tracks.

Throughout the day, you’ll have full access to Tangalooma Resort facilities, including swimming pools, restaurants, and bars. Learn about conservation from Eco Rangers, explore the island’s ecosystems, and enjoy the Discover the World of Dolphins presentation at the Eco Centre.

At 4:00 PM, return to the Tangalooma wharf for your boat journey back. After approximately 75 minutes, you’ll arrive at the Brisbane wharf around 5:15 PM. With its perfect balance of adrenaline, nature, and relaxation, this tour is ideal for travellers who want both adventure and leisure in one unforgettable day.

The ATV Quad biking was a fantastic experience. The staff were friendly, helpful and very aware. I couldn’t fault them for anything. Our instructor was a very capable person who made sure my son and I were ok at all times. It was great fun on the beach and then all throughout the track. Once you get a feel for the bike it becomes a lot easier and you can take those corners with ease. Thanks for the experience.
