You’ll have three hours of Bath House bathing time, with plenty of opportunity to explore the geothermal pools, saunas, cold plunges and relaxation areas at your own pace. Take short breaks between the hotter pools and keep your water bottle topped up so the experience stays comfortable.

Your ticket includes return transport from Melbourne and standard Bath House bathing entry. Massages, facials, private bathing and the adults-only bathing area aren’t included; arrange any extras separately with the hot springs before your visit.

You can bring your own towel and robe, or hire a towel, robe and locker at reception for an extra charge. Pack swimwear, non-slip sandals or thongs, a refillable water bottle and a bag for wet items.

Yes. The Bath House cafés sell light meals, pizza, snacks and drinks, or you can bring your own food and use the picnic areas. Lunch and drinks are not included in the tour price.

Yes. The standard Bath House welcomes children, and child and infant fares are available on this tour. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult; children under 8 must stay within arm’s reach, while ages 8–15 must remain within close sight. Some pools may be reserved for guests aged 16 and over after 10am, but family bathing areas remain available.

The Bath House has showers, family and accessible change rooms, ambulant toilets, lockers and filtered water refill points. Dining and picnic areas are wheelchair accessible, although the tour transfer itself is not listed as wheelchair accessible.

Hot-spring bathing is not recommended during pregnancy unless you have spoken with your healthcare professional first. Guests with heart conditions, high blood pressure, circulation disorders, diabetes or another condition affected by heat should also seek medical advice before bathing. You may be asked to sign a waiver on arrival.

The tour departs at 8:20am from outside the Regent Theatre, 191 Collins Street, Melbourne, and returns to the same point at about 3:30pm. Please arrive 5–10 minutes early. Allow around seven hours for the full experience, including transport.
