• A 95% refund will be offered for customer-requested cancellations made up to 6 days prior to travel, with a 5% non-refundable administration and booking fee retained. Cancellations made within 5 days of travel will incur a 100% cancellation fee, including no-shows.

Standard Viewing is included, with tiered grandstand seating overlooking Summerlands Beach and boardwalk viewing after the penguins come ashore. Paid viewing upgrades may appear during booking; if an option isn’t shown, it has sold out for that date.

Selected Melbourne city pickups run between approximately 10:00am and 12:00pm, depending on the season and pickup point. Allow around 10–14 hours for the full experience, with return between approximately 9:00pm and midnight. Your confirmed pickup details will be provided for your booking.

You can buy lunch at Moonlit Sanctuary, while dinner is normally available in Cowes during summer or at the Penguin Parade during winter. You’re also welcome to bring your own meals and snacks.

There are plenty of photo opportunities at the wildlife sanctuary and coastal stops. During penguin viewing, cameras and phones must be put away to protect the penguins’ sensitive eyes. Free professional images are available from Phillip Island Nature Parks.

Yes, the tour operates rain or shine. Comfortable shoes, warm layers and a waterproof jacket are ideal, particularly for the outdoor Penguin Parade after sunset.

The guide leads the tour in English, and a free audio guide is available in 16 languages through the app. Bring your own headphones and ask the guide to help you access it on the day.
