Escape city life and discover Western Australia’s coastal and desert wonders on this full-day Pinnacles tour. Just 45 minutes from Perth, your first stop is Yanchep, where you’ll sample local specialties at the Lavender Farm or Chocolate Drops café. Continue north to Cervantes, the hub of the lobster industry, where you may choose to enjoy a delicious beachfront lobster lunch.
After lunch, stroll along the Lake Thetis boardwalk to see stromatolites — some of the oldest living fossils on Earth, dating back billions of years. The region is also rich in flora and fauna, with seasonal wildflowers like kangaroo paws and banksias bringing bursts of colour to the landscape.
In the afternoon, journey to Nambung National Park to explore the mystical Pinnacles Desert. Learn more about the formations at the visitor information centre, then walk among thousands of limestone spires rising eerily from the sand. Before returning to Perth, make a final stop at Hangover Bay, a pristine coastal spot to round off your day of natural discovery.
It was a great itinerary and we were given sufficient time to explore each of the attractions. Our guide Caspa was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. Transport was clean and comfortable. I would recommend this itinerary to anyone visiting Perth.
Monty was an excellent tour guide. He has good time management and is very knowledgeable and friendly. He engaged the diverse group very well and did a lot of sharing. He is also a safe and good driver. The vehicle was clean and well maintained. It was an enjoyable trip.

I was deeply moved by the beauty of the Pinnacles. I finally got to eat the lobster I had been wanting to try, and it was delicious. Fortunately, it was a small group, so it felt like a private tour, and I had a great time getting to know the other participants. The guide was also very kind.
Amazing tour! A must do when in Perth.
