Know before you go

  • Wheelchair access and bathrooms are on the entry level deck. Upper decks accessible via stairs
  • The vessel has smoking available outside only, with an outside area on each level at the back of the ship equipped with ashtrays
  • There is also a large open deck on the top level that is available for all passengers.
  • In the event of rain or inclement weather, your experience will still go ahead unless contacted by the experience provider
  • If your experience is canceled, you will be rescheduled by the provider
  • Dining is indoors, whilst outdoor decks are available to all
  • The dress code for this experience is smart casual

Cancellation Policy

  • A full refund will be offered for customer-requested cancellations made up to 6 days prior to travel. Cancellations made within 5 days of travel will incur a 100% cancellation fee, including no-shows.
  • Should supplier be required to cancel or the operation of the tour for any reason, including on the rare occasions due to inclement weather, an alternative date or itinerary will be offered to the passenger. If the alternative date or itinerary cannot be arranged or agreed upon, a full refund will be authorised. If the passenger accepts the alternative date or itinerary, no refunds will be issued.
