Circular Quay is located halfway between wharf 2 and the Opera House. Once you arrive, please come to the Eastern Pontoon and look for the booth, the staff will be wearing bright red. Please check in no later than 20 minutes prior to the departure time.

Getting splashed is part of the fun, and some rides can leave you quite wet even with the poncho provided. Wear comfortable casual clothes or swimwear you don’t mind getting wet, with flat shoes or bare feet—high heels aren’t permitted. A change of clothes is a smart idea if you have more sightseeing planned afterwards.

Every rider must be at least 1.2 metres tall and weigh no more than 150 kg. Children under 13 must ride with a parent or guardian aged 18 or over. When everyone meets these requirements, it’s a brilliant family-friendly way to add some excitement to Sydney Harbour.

Leave phones, cameras and selfie sticks in the communal locker before boarding, as loose devices aren’t permitted during the ride. Onboard photos and videos are taken during the experience and are available to purchase at the wharf afterwards. You can simply hold on and enjoy every spin without worrying about your gear.

Check in at the Eastern Pontoon in Circular Quay, halfway between Wharf 2 and the Sydney Opera House—look for the bright red booth and team. Please arrive at least 20 minutes before your booked departure time. Circular Quay train station and ferry wharves are only a short walk away.

Allow around 50 minutes from the required check-in time until the experience finishes. You’ll arrive at least 20 minutes early, followed by approximately 30 minutes for the safety briefing and jet boat adventure. The ride finishes back at the Eastern Pontoon, making it easy to continue exploring Circular Quay.

Because the ride includes sudden acceleration, spins and vigorous motion, it isn’t suitable during pregnancy or for guests with back, neck or heart conditions, recent injuries or surgery, or another condition that could be aggravated by the ride. You also need to be able to brace yourself with your arms and feet and remain upright during the manoeuvres. If you’re unsure whether the motion is safe for you, check with your doctor before booking.
