Check-in at the Captain Cook Cruises ticket office located on Circular Quay Wharf 6 (near Circular Quay train station). Ferries operate frequently throughout the day with the first leaving at approximately 9 AM.

Collect your ferry and zoo tickets from the ticket office at Circular Quay Wharf 6 before boarding; zoo tickets can’t be collected at the zoo. After you arrive, use the Lower Zoo Entrance, a short walk uphill from Taronga Zoo Wharf.

The ferry from Circular Quay takes about 15 minutes each way. You can enjoy the zoo for a few hours or make a full day of it, and an early departure gives you the most time for exhibits and presentations.
