One bed in a mixed shared dorm in Apollo Bay is included, and people travelling together may be placed in different dorms. Private room upgrades may be available at an extra cost, with shared bathroom, kitchen and lounge facilities. You can also arrange your own accommodation in Apollo Bay at your own expense.

Morning tea, fresh fruit and chilled water are included on both days. Lunches, dinner and other drinks are at your own expense, with time to buy food at stops such as Lorne and Port Campbell. In Apollo Bay, you can dine out or use the hostel kitchen.

Pickup is available from most Melbourne city hotels and hostels, plus selected St Kilda locations, with collections beginning around 45 minutes before the 6:00 am departure. Your confirmation will show your assigned pickup point and time, and you should be ready five minutes early. The tour returns at around 6:00 pm on Day 2, with drop-off in Melbourne city.

Please bring a small or medium suitcase or overnight bag, plus a small backpack or day bag. Large suitcases should be left at your Melbourne accommodation because space in the minibus is limited. Remember to pack your own towel and toiletries for the overnight stay.

The itinerary includes several short walks to waterfalls, rainforest areas and coastal lookouts. The longest walk is generally around 40 minutes, some sections have steps, and plenty of the lookouts are easy to reach. Comfortable walking shoes are strongly recommended.

Yes, the tour is suitable for all ages, and infant seats may be available. Families should be comfortable with early starts, two full sightseeing days, short walks and some steps. A private room upgrade is a better choice for families who prefer not to use mixed dorm accommodation.

Yes. An optional helicopter flight may be available at the Twelve Apostles on Day 2, giving you an incredible aerial view of the coastline. It costs extra and is subject to availability, weather and operating conditions.
