Keep your morning free, then spend the afternoon on the white silica sand of Whitehaven Beach, where the Whitsundays show off best. The cruise leaves Port of Airlie at around 11.35am and heads through the Whitsunday Passage, with island views unfolding from the comfortable vessel along the way.
The journey includes brief guest pick-up stops at Daydream Island and Hamilton Island before continuing to the southern end of Whitehaven Beach. Once ashore, you will have up to two hours to enjoy it your way. Swim in the clear shallows, walk barefoot along the soft silica sand, follow the short track to the Southern Whitehaven Beach Lookout, or simply find a spot on the shore and let the afternoon slow down.
Afternoon tea and protective stinger suits are included, so swimming can easily be part of your visit when conditions suit. This itinerary is centred on South Whitehaven Beach and its lookout. Hill Inlet and snorkelling are not included.
After cruising back through the islands, you will return to Port of Airlie at around 6pm — a relaxed way to experience Whitehaven Beach while keeping the first half of your day free.

Such a nice experience. Second time for me and I would book it again any time!
