• A 95% refund will be offered for customer-requested cancellations made up to 6 days prior to travel, with a 5% non-refundable administration and booking fee retained. Cancellations made within 5 days of travel will incur a 100% cancellation fee, including no-shows.

The day is designed for curious food and drink lovers, not only experienced tasters.

Yes. The guided tastings, shared food stops and small-group setting make it easy to settle in and meet other travellers. You will also have free time in Healesville to explore at your own pace, making this a comfortable day out when travelling alone.

Yes. Children can enjoy the cheese, pizza, chocolate, coffee stop and Yarra Valley scenery with the rest of the family. Wine and gin tastings are available only to guests aged 18 and over.

Yes. The first wine tasting is usually around 10am and there is no breakfast stop, so it is best to eat before pickup. Throughout the day, you will enjoy artisan cheese, wood-fired pizza, chocolate and a hot drink, with free time in Healesville if you would like to purchase anything extra.

Vegetarian and gluten-free pizza options are available, while vegan and other specific dietary needs may also be arranged with advance notice. After booking, please contact us with any dietary requirements.

The tour has a maximum of 24 guests. This keeps the atmosphere sociable while still allowing time to enjoy the guided tastings, chat with the guide and relax at each stop.

Yes. The tour operates rain or shine, and many of the main tasting experiences take place indoors or under cover. Bring a light rain jacket and dress for Melbourne’s changeable weather.

The tour usually returns to central Melbourne at about 5pm, with drop-offs generally completed between 5pm and 5.30pm. Traffic and the order of the day’s drop-offs may affect the exact time.
